Stonefly Nymph
















Winter is here again and it's time to think of something new to tie, with some new materials. I'm trying to get a bit more realistic to fool those difficult trout. Align LeftNew Zealand has a big green stonefly. A real mouthful for a hungry trout.

I hope it's not too dry...there's no water in the creek!

But thanks for the reminder...I'm thinking about some new mayfly and cicada patterns too.
